The spectators along with the players are like rich resources that are identified with the help of sports psychologists and according to considering the individual characteristics of the players and providing the optimal conditions for supporting the players through the support and encouragement of the spectators and the correct planning. In this regard, the necessity of the present study to investigate the effects of Mashachi's presence on the team performance of Iranian Men's Premier League volleyball players was studied. Isfahan, Mehram Tehran, Bandaramam Petrochemical, Afra Khalikh Fars, Tehran, Takmash Qazvin, Isfahan Zobahan Army and Zanjan Cooperative, which has a total of 12 teams and about 144 players and 24 coaches. Mahshahr team's experimental team and Zanjan cooperation team, which was very close to Mahshahr team in terms of table points and conditions, was considered as a control variable. Of course, Mashachi's presence had no effect on Mahshahr and for this reason it was considered as a control variable and the team efficiency variable (dependent variable) was examined in a quasi-experimental with post-test. This questionnaire consists of 49 questions and includes (5 subscales of effort, team stability, readiness, unity and ability). A 5-point scale was used to determine the degree of importance of each variable. In this study, the researcher used an independent t-test due to the normal distribution of data. The presence of spectators has had a significant effect on the amount of effort, unity, team stability, ability, team efficiency and readiness of Iranian Men's volleyball players, and finally it is suggested that the present study be conducted on different groups. In this study, circulation climate index (TCI) and 7 climatic variables have been used to calculate the values of major and minor TCI indices. These climatic data for a period of 20 years from 1990 to 2011 related to the synoptic station of Khorasan Razavi province, north and south were received through the website of the Meteorological Organization. In order to zoning the tourism climate conditions of the northeastern half of Iran from the conversion of station point information to surface information, GIS software was used. The tourist climate conditions of Northeast Iran were studied on a monthly basis using the tourist climate index. The results for each month are presented separately in the research findings. The results showed that the TCI index in different regions of the study area has a great variety. According to the annual characteristics of the index (TCI) in the provinces, May, June, July, August and September (May, June, July, August and September) have the best conditions in terms of climatic comfort of tourists and the month January, February, November and March (December, January, February and March) have the worst conditions in this regard. The study and comparison of the results obtained from the TCI index for different regions of the province indicate the concordance and appropriateness of the research results with the climatic realities of these regions.
