Contextualism, one of the common views in urban planning, considers the context as a historical event in which the elements of the city are known, addressed and constructed. What is needed in the lively and lively life of a city is to adapt the container of the environment to the contents of the building in a historical process. The confusion and anxiety of urban views in most cities of Iran, especially in contemporary and modern cities, is a tolerable issue. Unfortunately, today, not only the show is not considered as a part of the urban space; Rather, it is often built as a unit for the supply of owners. This issue has caused disturbance and perceptual confusion in urban spaces. While dealing with, analyzing and studying the facades of urban buildings, part of the urban walls is of special importance. Landscape architecture as a codified knowledge to improve the quality of man-made environments, has always claimed to pay attention to the cultural values and specific identity of each region, but contemporary and new cities are becoming more and more similar, this issue is more pronounced in different cities Relaxing views based on local materials and climate can help to give identity, a sense of belonging and peace of mind to citizens. The main purpose of this article is to identify the criteria and patterns of contextualism and to create a favorable visual environment and to deal with new urban views with a case study of Yasuj with emphasis on ecology and its role in urban planning and architecture and their interaction with sustainable development, culture and behaviors. It is social actions and taking into account the urban wall (facade) that leads to a desirable and ideal atmosphere that indirectly and indirectly affects them and the personality of citizens. Cities, urban spaces beyond independence, also have a special identity personality. While the city is a place where urban interactions lead. People also have a sense of citizenship towards their city. In other words, what leads to the construction of the city is not a collection of huge buildings and parks, but it is the people themselves who, with their special characteristics, create their urban identity and become citizens. It can refer to topics such as (time, place, ethnicity, beliefs, customs, common language, dialects and local coverings) (Nofel et al., 2009: 57-69). One of the main and important elements in promoting the meaning of the city is the neighborhoods of the city. For many years, neighborhoods have been an integral part of the urban environment. Therefore, a large part of the semantic and identity of the city is the responsibility of the neighborhoods (445: 2000, Eben Saleh). Neighborhoods can spread a sense of identity and belonging to the environment among residents. In this research, the research method is descriptive-analytical. Part of the information is in the form of a library and the other part is obtained through a field study. Also, statistics, sources and survey methods will be used to analyze the study neighborhood. Following the completion of the above questionnaires and by analyzing the data obtained from field surveys and existing documents regarding urban identity in the mentioned neighborhood, the method of analyzing its data is done in two ways. In order to calculate its reliability and validity, Cronbach's alpha method is used. Correlation tests will be used to analyze the data. Manuscript Document

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of energy transfer on the environment and humans, and given that today energy and its use is an integral part of life, so that even a minute of energy interruption will cause billions in losses. If energy transmission lines had not yet been discovered and invented, perhaps mankind would never have reached such a level of well-being and would still have to use carts and horses. This study investigates the characteristics of urban environments and the effects of energy transmission lines on the environment and humans. In addition to all the benefits that energy has, it will naturally have detrimental effects on humans and the environment, and therefore people who are exposed to the currents of energy transmission lines are more likely than others to suffer from all kinds of damage. According to human progress, solutions can be found to deal with it. For example, energy transmission lines can be crossed from the basement, which have less destructive effects on both physical health and environmental appearance than airborne transmission lines. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between climatic conditions and the effect of climate on the development and trend of tourism in the eastern half of northern Iran. In this study, circulation climate index (TCI) and 7 climatic variables have been used to calculate the values of major and minor TCI indices. These climatic data for a period of 20 years from 1990 to 2011 related to the synoptic station of Khorasan Razavi province, north and south were received through the website of the Meteorological Organization. In order to zoning the tourism climate conditions of the northeastern half of Iran from the conversion of station point information to surface information, GIS software was used. The tourist climate conditions of Northeast Iran were studied on a monthly basis using the tourist climate index. The results for each month are presented separately in the research findings. The results showed that the TCI index in different regions of the study area has a great variety. According to the annual characteristics of the index (TCI) in the provinces, May, June, July, August and September (May, June, July, August and September) have the best conditions in terms of climatic comfort of tourists and the month January, February, November and March (December, January, February and March) have the worst conditions in this regard. The study and comparison of the results obtained from the TCI index for different regions of the province indicate the concordance and appropriateness of the research results with the climatic realities of these regions. Establishing and updating real estate databases is a sustainable infrastructure for municipal revenue generation and is a key tool in monitoring urban development. Access to accurate and timely information on the status of property is one of the most important prerequisites for decision makers and decision makers in the field of urban planning. With the advancement of information technology in recent decades, the traditional mechanism of maintaining real estate information has also given way to spatial information computer systems, and issuing more equitable and accurate property renovation fees is not possible except by implementing a database-based system. In this research, the process and results of auditing over 3300 properties in Zabol city in 1400 have been studied. In the field stage, survey and completion of audit forms were performed and then software was designed with the capabilities of data entry, display, definition of toll calculation formula, report preparation and receipt issuance. At the same time, GIS software was implemented after preparing the data and fixing the drawing errors of the maps. Statistical analysis of this database on the indicators of number of properties, area and total debts in each neighborhood indicates that there is a linear correlation with a coefficient of 0.9 between these indicators. Preparing a debt distribution map in the city of Zabul was another result of this project. According to this plan, 4990 million Rials worth of renovation tolls were issued for real estate, which in comparison with the municipality's budget in 1400, indicates that this revenue can provide a significant share of the municipal budget deficit as a source of continuous revenue. In this research, while addressing the position of special elements in Yasuj city, their effects on the identity of the city are investigated. The research method is analytical-survey and the method of collecting information is field and using a questionnaire. Then we made a comparative study of the index elements of Iran and the world with the elements of the main squares of Yasuj city. In the end, by comparing the principles of expert design of urban elements that we achieved in theory and public opinion, the extent of adaptation was determined. By combining these two criteria, we have reached principles for designing urban elements that, in addition to having the parameters of the theory of architecture and urban planning, by considering the urban psychology of the people of the region, also cause public satisfaction. The studied samples include six urban elements in Yasuj that are of interest to citizens and tourists. The results obtained from descriptive and inferential analyzes on the collected data show that the qualitative evaluation of citizens by the (physical) identity of the elements is affected by their gender and level of education. Based on the results, the elements of the stone square in the neighborhood and Jomhory Street have the highest score and the lowest score obtained by citizens (users), respectively. The results also show that the most important components affecting the physical identity of urban elements based on citizens' opinions include "design, form and architecture of the element", "historicity" and "indigenousness (contextualism)".
